Professor Schmid leaves Prostate Cancer panel after 13 years

After 13 years as an active member of the Prostate Cancer guidelines panel, professor Hans-Peter Schmid decided to step back. His dedication and experience in the field of prostate cancer greatly contributed to the numerous successful publications of this panel. He will certainly be missed, not the least for his sense of humour and team spirit.

However, this does not mean that Hans-Peter will be slowing down; aside from running a busy urological practice, he currently holds the position of secretary of the Swiss Society of Urology (SGU) and is very active within the European Board of Urology programmes as a member of the Urological Training Programme.
