By developing four capabilities your self-awareness and self-care will evolve. Via workshops, coaching sessions and simple on-the-job experiments tailored to your needs and preferences, you will not only improve your well-being but also sustain strong performance.

This programme will take place on 16 - 18 May 2024 in Valencia, Spain.

What to expect
The YUO programme will have a duration of 2.5 days and cover vital topics such as:

  • How to create a healthy and efficient way of working?
  • How to recharge? Day time recovery
  • Collecting data to generate behavioural change
  • Sense of purpose & meaning

  • A 2-minute video pitch on why you would like to join the program

CME accreditation

The EAU Talent Incubator Programme Module 2 Well-being and Mental Health, taking place in Valencia, Spain from 16 to 18 May 2024, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 15 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent on the educational activity.
