Continuing Professional Development

In 2004 the European Board of Urology (EBU) and the European Association of Urology (EAU) joined forces to promote Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) amongst all urologists in Europe by creating a new committee, the EU-ACME, which stands for European Urology – Accredited Continuing Medical Education.

European urologists can participate in various accredited courses, forums and events which help them to keep pace with the latest in the
field of practical medicine. By doing so, experts gain CME credit points, which are uniformly recognized in all EU member states.
