Communications Coordinator

The job
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our promotional and communication activities. You’ll develop various campaigns, create promotional schedules, and oversee related activities within the team. You will also liaise with external partners such as the press, designers, and other suppliers. So you will be a true hub between various parties.
As the main point of contact for communication across the organisation, you will work closely with the communication team. This position offers a fantastic blend of strategy, creativity, and analysis of communication efforts at all levels.
In this dynamic job there is also room for social activities like staff events, Christmas lunches, office yoga and themed lunches organised by our multinational colleagues.
Your responsibilities
- Develop international campaigns to raise urology awareness among the public.
- Strategically plan promotional activities for events, educational initiatives, and organisational updates across all channels (offline, online, social media).
- Create and coordinate the monthly EAU newsletter, including content collection and editing.
- Monitor execution and results of promotional activities.
- Coordinate press activities and TV productions with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external promotion-related inquiries (e.g., ad planning, calendar updates).
- Brief colleagues on designing promotional materials for all EAU activities (print and online).
- Manage general communications email inboxes, addressing incoming questions and feedback from the community.

Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or Economics
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in a similar position
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English, preferably a native speaker
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Experience with design software like Photoshop or Content Management System
- Happy to travel abroad a few times a year
- Having an affinity with medical knowledge is not a must but would be helpful
- Ability to initiate and lead project delivery, provide direction to colleagues and coordinate other delivery aspects

- The salary range for this position is €3500 – €4800 gross a month, depending on your relevant experience.
