Marketing Specialist
We are hiring a talented and experienced marketing specialist (32 hours a week) who wants to work on powerful marketing strategies that boost membership recruitment and retention rates.
Your role
As a marketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data-centric marketing strategies to assess the needs of our community, build new relations and establish long-term engagement as part of the EAU’s membership strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging data insights to drive successful marketing campaigns with the ultimate goal to optimise conversion and engagement with diverse target groups.
Your responsibilities
- Analyse behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns of our community.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support our growth strategy for membership by attracting new members and improving member retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to segmentise key target groups and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Implement marketing automation tools and methods to optimise marketing campaigns and ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Utilise CRM systems and other relevant data management tools to analyse and segment customer data for personalised communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data-driven marketing to continuously enhance strategies.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data-driven marketing with a focus on membership engagement.
- Experience with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM or association management systems and marketing automation tools.
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Based on your relevant experience and profile, we offer a salary in the range of €5,000-6,000 gross a month (fulltime employment).
