19th GURS-Masterclass - Urethral Stricture Surgery
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 19th GURS-Masterclass!
This year’s theme, “Urethral Stricture Surgery,” highlights our commitment to advancing surgical excellence and ensuring patients worldwide benefit from the safest and most effective reconstructive options.
Our 2025 program brings together an exceptional international faculty and is built around live surgery, semi-live demonstrations, case discussions, and delegate presentations. We will cover a wide spectrum of stricture disease, including failed hypospadias repair, traumatic urethral stricture management, idiopathic bulbar fibrosis, and complex redo cases.
A hallmark of the Masterclass remains the live surgery sessions, where essential techniques are demonstrated step by step, with interactive faculty discussion to ensure knowledge transfer for the next generation of reconstructive urologists.

The objectives of the GURS-Masterclass are as follows:
- Demonstrate advanced surgical techniques and intra-operative decision-making in complex Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery through live and semi-live surgical procedures.
- Engage participants in interactive case discussions, encouraging active learning, peer-to-peer exchange, and knowledge sharing.
- Provide a global platform for reconstructive urologists to learn, network, and present the latest advances in urethral stricture surgery.
By achieving these aims, the GURS-Masterclass enhances surgical skills, strengthens international collaboration, and supports the next generation of reconstructive urologists.
