This year, as a selected EAU member you will begin your scholarship experience by attending the SUO’s annual scientific meeting, which will take place in Dallas, Texas from 2 to 4 December 2020. From 5 to 29 December 2020, you will continue your training at a reputable medical institution. The EAU and SUO will cover your meeting registration fees, travel and accommodation.
Get to know the SUO
Founded in 1984, the SUO has stimulated research and teaching in urologic oncology, disseminated the principles of urologic oncology to the medical profession at large, and brought urologists into a society whose work is principally in malignant disease.
One of its core objectives is to enable qualified members primarily interested in the care of patients with malignant genitourinary diseases to meet, discuss, develop and implement ideas to bolster patient care.
How to apply for the scholarship
Please contact Ms. Angela Terberg via a.terberg@uroweb.org for more information and for the application forms. Please submit the forms together with your abstract for the SUO meeting before the deadline of 1 July 2020.
Within a month upon your return, you will be asked to write a 2-page report about the scholarship programme.
