Laparoscopic urological skills - Step 3 (LUSs3)

The Advanced Laparoscopic Training (LUSs3) is designed to provide urologists with a comprehensive training experience on complex laparoscopic procedures. Participants will be trained by experts on cadavers and advanced models.

This programme equips healthcare professionals with the necessary skills and dexterity to handle intricate laparoscopic procedures effectively and hone their operating skills.

Training aim

The primary objective of this course is to strengthen participants’ laparoscopic and surgical skills. By the end of the course, attendees should feel confident and competent in performing complex laparoscopic procedures.

  • Hands-on Training.
  • Operating area setup and organisation.
  • The management of equipment
  • Standardised technical approach of a urological procedure.
  • Surgical strategy and benchmarks for certain urological indications.
