Financial Officer Debtors | 0.6 – 0.7 FTE
Are you an accurate and service-oriented finance professional with a passion for numbers and administration? We are looking for a Financial Officer Debtors to join our Finance Department and play a key role in ensuring efficient accounts receivable management.
What will you do?
As Financial Officer Debtors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our debtor administration. You will ensure invoices are processed correctly, outstanding payments are followed up in a timely manner, and financial records remain accurate and up to date. You will also act as a point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders regarding accounts receivable matters.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and debtor communications.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and debtor analyses using Unit4 and Excel.
- Support cash flow administration and audit processes.
- Provide advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects where required.
What do you bring?
- MBO+ qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounts receivable role.
- Experience with accounting systems (preferably Unit4) and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Accurate, proactive, customer-focused and results-oriented.
