Junior EU Project Manager

What will you do?
The European Association of Urology (EAU) is looking for a Junior EU Project Manager (0.8-1 FTE) to support the delivery of ambitious European Commission-funded healthcare projects. In this role, you will help coordinate international collaborations that contribute to innovation, research and improved patient care across Europe.
A key focus of your work will be a major project aimed at advancing risk-based prostate cancer screening programmes in several European countries. Working alongside leading healthcare experts, researchers and international partners, you will play an important role in turning project ambitions into tangible results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project activities and supporting international project partners
- Monitoring progress, deliverables, timelines and budgets
- Preparing project reports and maintaining communication with funding bodies
- Organising consortium meetings, workshops and stakeholder events
Collaborating with colleagues across Finance, Communications and other departments to ensure successful project delivery
What we're looking for
You are a highly organised and enthusiastic professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
You bring:
- A Bachelor degree or relevant experience in project management, healthcare, life sciences or a related field
- Around 1–3 years of professional experience in a project coordination or project management role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach
- Experience with EU-funded projects, healthcare, research or public policy is an advantage, but not essential.
