In the ESTs2 Workshop, you will follow the second step of the ESU Endoscopic Stone Treatment Curriculum by learning ureteral stone fragmentation, kidney-stone relocation and dusting, until the very final stone-free revision. This programme combines structured lectures with hands-on training, allowing participants to link theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Teaching covers key aspects such as laser technology for lithotripsy, the safe use of instruments and accessories, and the principles of establishing and maintaining safe access for flexible ureteroscopy. The course also addresses procedural workflow, exit strategies, and basic considerations for follow-up and patient selection in line with EAU Guidelines. By integrating theory with realistic scenarios and practical training, the workshop supports the development of both technical abilities and clinical understanding in endoscopic stone treatment.
