By developing four capabilities your self-awareness and self-care will evolve. Through workshops, coaching sessions and simple on-the-job experiments tailored to your needs and preferences, you will not only improve your well-being but also sustain strong performance.
This programme will take place in April 2026 in Valencia, Spain. The dates are provisional and will be confirmed at a later stage.
What to expect
The programme will have a duration of 2.5 days and cover vital topics such as:
- How to create a healthy and efficient way of working?
- How to recharge? Day time recovery
- Collecting data to generate behavioural change
- Sense of purpose & meaning

How to apply
If you are a resident or a young urologist aged 45 years or younger, please send the following requirements to yuo@uroweb.org:
- Your up-to-date CV
- A short written motivation letter
- A 2-minute video pitch on why you would like to join the program
The deadline to apply is 15 February 2026.
Fees and inclusions

Refreshments and snacks during coffee breaks, lunch, and a participant's dinner on Thursday are included.
