Ready to take your career to the next level? The EAU Talent Incubator Programme is designed for residents and young urologists eager to turn their innovative ideas into reality. This module is your chance to go beyond the clinical and dive into the worlds of entrepreneurship and policy that are shaping the future of urology.
Over 2.5 intensive days, you’ll learn how to bring your ideas to life and make a tangible impact. We'll cover everything from the business side of healthcare to the art of influencing policy.
Networking activities are your chance to connect with faculty and like-minded peers in a fun, relaxed way. These sparking collaborations and friendships can take your career further!
This programme will take place on 19-21 November 2026.
What to expect
The programme will have a duration of 2.5 days and cover vital topics such as:
- Turning an idea into a business with a focused look at business acumen in healthcare.
- Mastering Intellectual Property & patenting to protect your innovations.
- Understanding the essentials of Medical Device Regulations (MDR).
- Learning how to influence politicians and navigate healthcare policy.
- Discovering how to work with patient advocacy groups to solve complex problems and drive change.

How to apply
If you are a resident or a young urologist aged 45 years or younger, please send the following requirements to yuo@uroweb.org:
- Your up-to-date CV
- A short written motivation letter
- A 2-minute video pitch on why you would like to join the programme

Fees and inclusions

Refreshments and snacks during coffee breaks, lunch, and a participant's dinner on Friday are included.
For hotel accommodation at the meeting venue, we offer competitive room rates of € 160 per night (single room, including breakfast & city tax). The venue will be:
