In this webcast I will provide an overview on the more modern alternatives to standard options. I will discuss laparoscopic and robotic approaches, laser treatment and anatomic endoscopic enucleation with Holmium, Thulium, GreenLight, Eraser and Diode lasers, new pulse modulations for Holmium laser, Urolift, iTIND, Rezum, prostate embolization, aquablation, Clearring, zenflow, hystothripsy and water electrolysis. I will reflect also on where do we stand as urologists with the tailored approach to treatment, especially in the verge of vast worldwide economic crises as a result of COVID-19.
