Metabolic evaluation of patients with Urolithiasis is an important step to prevent stone recurrence. In this webinar we will focus on the significance of the general metabolic work-up and the general considerations for recurrence prevention. More importantly, we will identify those patients who are at high risk for stone recurrence and need a specific metabolic evaluation. The presentation will provide diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms based on various stone types. Recommendations for the timing of the metabolic follow-up will be provided. At the end of the presentation real case examples will be analyzed.
