The International Urogynecological Association (IUGA) will host the 5th Bi-Annual IUGA International Symposia virtually on February 28 – March 1, 2026. The theme, New Frontiers in Pelvic Health: Innovation, Inclusion, and Interdisciplinarity in Pelvic Floor Care, highlights the importance of collaborative, evidence-based practice.

Launched in 2019, the Symposia has become a global platform for sharing knowledge. Since moving online, participation has expanded significantly, with nearly 400 attendees joining each of the past two editions.

The 2026 programme, developed by co-chairs Angela Rantell (UK) and Cristiane Carboni (Brazil), features international experts addressing topics such as birth trauma, physiotherapy and nursing management, and the role of multidisciplinary care. Sessions will include plenary lectures, workshops, and panel discussions, with opportunities for interaction throughout.
