Recording: Penile prosthesis in men with Peyronie’s Disease

In this recording, we will cover the following topics;

  • How to perform manual modeling (Wilson) to reduce penile curvature and how to perform plication / Nesbit in patients after PPI.
  • How to dissect the NVB and perform incision in patients with dorsal curvature and learn as an alternative to leave tunica albuginea open without grafting after PPI.
  • How to correct severe curvature and shortening in patients with Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and complex penile deformity. All steps of this complex surgery will be described and demonstrated in details.
  • How to manage cylinder herniation after PPI and grafting and how to reconstruct the tunical defect with mesh.
