The preservation of anterior structures – namely pubo-urethral, pubo-prastatic ligaments, NVBs, Aphrodite’s veil- is a key point of the technique.
The recorded webinar is intended to outline technical tips and make urologists confident with the approach, to enhance its reproducibility. Furthermore, current evidence is discussed with a focus on high-risk cases and other special conditions (big prostates, bulky median lobe, anterior tumours), in order to extend the knowledge about its application in daily urological practice.
