Recording: Bladder preservation - A changing paradigm in treatment

This is the first episode in a four-part series, “New frontiers in bladder cancer”. This recording will explore how personalised treatment pathways are reshaping clinical decision-making in bladder preservation.

Bladder preservation strategies in non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) are evolving rapidly. These are driven by advances in risk stratification, diagnostics, and intravesical therapies. This recording will examine how personalised treatment can aid in patient selection.

Leading voices in the field will discuss the role of advanced diagnostics in guiding therapy, as well as current and emerging intravesical treatment strategies. The latter will include the evolving position of Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) and novel combinations.

Through an expert-moderated debate, the recording aims to clarify the optimal way to navigate this increasingly complex therapeutic landscape.
