From a practical point of view, the UROwebinar will discuss infections and multidrug resistant microorganisms occurring after urological procedures, as well as those associated with urinary catheter use.

The experts will offer insights into the multidisciplinary approach — including principles of surgical stewardship — to reduce infection risk and advance AMR control, promote a transition from passive to proactive management of antibiotic resistance in daily urological practice, and appraise future therapeutic innovations.
