The treatment landscape for muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) is developing at a fast pace with the emergence of perioperative immunotherapy-based combinations. Following the positive opinion of the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) for enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab in cisplatin-ineligible patients, clinicians require practical guidance on patient selection, toxicity management, multidisciplinary coordination, and surgical considerations.
Using a case-based, multidisciplinary team format, this e-course will review the evidence from KEYNOTE-905 and discuss how these data can be translated into routine clinical practice. Particular attention will be given to neurological and dermatological adverse events, response assessment, timing of surgery and perioperative decision-making.
