Recording: The Nightmare Cases in Bladder Cancer
This recording is the 3rd episode of the series “Everything you always wanted to know about TURBT but were afraid to ask”.
This episode features three complex cases selected for their diagnostic and therapeutic difficulties. The cases include the diagnosis and treatment of intraperitoneal massive bladder perforation, muscle-invasive bladder cancer diagnosed during the second trimester of pregnancy, and advanced bladder cancer with rapid progression requiring close monitoring.

The discussion of each case will highlight key clinical challenges, offer insights into rare presentations and the complexities involved in managing such cases. The cases will be followed by a comprehensive discussion with experts, focusing on the diagnostic processes, treatment decisions, and outcomes. The experts will examine and deliberate on the nuances of these scenarios. This is to provide valuable perspectives on how to approach such demanding cases through multidisciplinary strategies that address complications and optimise patient care.
