Prof. Witjes will illustrate indications for and the basic principles to perform an en bloc resection of a bladder tumour as well as the current place of using optical enhancement tools. Prof. Burger will then present practical hints on how to deal with special situations at the time of a TURBT (tumour at the ureteral orifice, in a bladder diverticulum, resection of a solid infiltrating tumour, how to perform a re-TUR). Prof. Gontero will then provide hints to prevent or handle complications such us perforation and bleeding during the procedure. A wrap-up on the current view of EAU guidelines and Q&A by the faculty will conclude the webinar.
