Endoscopic Anatomical Enucleation of the Prostate (AEEP) is emerging as a gold-standard, minimally invasive technique for the surgical management of benign prostatic hyperplasia, offering durable functional outcomes regardless of prostate volume or energy source. Due to its demanding learning curve, structured training is essential to optimise results. This workshop combines a theoretical overview of the key principles of enucleation with hands-on experience in the operating room, using hybrid thulium laser and bipolar energy, with a strong focus on technique and training.
