Open call for applications: Chair of Chronic Pelvic Pain - EAU Guidelines Panel
The EAU Guidelines Office is pleased to announce an open call for the position of Chair of the Chronic Pelvic Pain (CPP) Guidelines Panel. This key leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of evidence-based recommendations in a field that remains both complex in clinical practice and critically important to patient quality of life.
The successful applicant will steer the strategic direction and content of the CPP Guideline, ensuring its scientific robustness and relevance to contemporary practice. The chair will lead a multidisciplinary panel, coordinate contributions, and uphold high methodological standards throughout the guideline development process. A key role is also to maintain momentum, identify emerging evidence, and prepare the panel for future innovations in the field.
Beyond guideline production, the position emphasises community building, bringing together experts, encouraging dialogue, and strengthening collaboration across specialties and organisations. The success application will also support dissemination efforts and help translate recommendations into meaningful improvements in clinical care.
