We are facing challenging times where healthcare professionals are on the front line of a health crisis. We at the EAU are aware that priorities lie elsewhere at the moment, but this is precisely the moment that we want to be at your side.

Today, we publish the new EAU Guidelines which are now available online. Based on the latest evidence, the Guidelines are the best source that can help urologists make informed decisions.

Over 250 clinicians have contributed to this year’s production of the EAU Guidelines ensuring a balanced and representative view of the most up-to-date information in urological care.

The 2020 edition will comprise of additions such as the new Guidelines and Panel Working Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health; significant revisions to the Guidelines on Bladder Stones covering metabolic factors, prevalence, aetiology, risk factors, and recommendations for this condition; and updates to the Guidelines on Prostate Cancer courtesy of the EAU, the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM), the European SocieTy for Radiotherapy & Oncology (ESTRO), the European Society of Urogenital Radiology (ESUR) and the International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG), to name a few.

The latest Guidelines can be accessed in 3 ways:

  1. By exploring the Guidelines-dedicated webpages here on Uroweb
  2. By downloading the EAU Pocket Guidelines app via Google Play (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS phones)
  3. By picking up a printed copy during the EAU20 congress which will take place in July
Review the new Guidelines now and optimise your decision-making in treating your urological patients.
