Urology Week 2025 - A burning issue... (urinary tract infections)
Urology Week is back, and this time we have a burning issue! From 22-26 September, we will focus on raising awareness of Urinary tract infections (UTIs) among general audiences and we kindly invite you to contribute.

Translate our campaign poster into your language
The awareness poster is currently available in English. If you would like the poster translated in your language, please send your translation to communications@uroweb.org. We will send you an officially translated Urology Week poster by email.
Urology Week in your national newspaper
We conducted an international survey to assess the general knowledge on UTIs. We asked over 3,000 members of the public from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain nine questions about UTIs. The results will be published during Urology Week and can be shared with you under embargo for translation into your local language.
If you would like to receive the press release and reach out to your local media, do let us know via communications@uroweb.org.
Organise an event to raise awareness
Plan and host an event during Urology Week. The event can be virtual (online) or in person. The format is entirely up to you. In the past, healthcare professionals, clinics and institutions have organised events, from relays to office challenges. Share your Urology Week event with us and we will add it to the official event calendar, which may help increase your audience participation!
Sharing is caring
The Urology Week team will create infographics highlighting important findings from the public awareness study. We encourage you to use and share these via your social media channels to help raise awareness of the burden of UTIs.
Please include the hashtag #urologyweek in your posts so we can share your messages and contribute to our mutual goal: improving urological care.
Thank you in advance for your kind support. We look forward to your participation in Urology Week 2025!
