This basic course teaches the use of robot surgery in urology and the basics of laparoscopy. The trainee will learn the specifics of the laparoscopic approach and pneumoperitoneum as well as the indications for the use of the robotic system.

This course helps urologists to:

  • Understand the basic principles of laparoscopy
  • Know the robotic surgical system
  • Learn the indications and techniques of specific robot surgical procedures in urology
