Undescended testis (UDT), also known as cryptorchidism, is the most common genital anomaly in males. However, diagnosis and treatment practices can vary widely around the world in terms of hormonal therapy, adjunct imaging modalities, preoperative assessment, the timing of surgery, and surgical strategies.
