EAU Working Group on Artificial Intelligence

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Working Group was established to connect expertise across EAU sections and offices to support the responsible use of AI. AI is increasingly influencing urological research, education and clinical practice. Responsible implementation, education, validation and regulation are key focus areas of the Working Group.

Background

The AI Working Group provides a platform to exchange knowledge, develop educational initiatives, and facilitate collaborative projects. By working together with established EAU Sections, offices, and project teams, the group aims to address the challenges of AI use in urology. Its initial priorities are education and policy, including strengthening AI literacy among urologists and providing guidance on relevant regulatory and governance frameworks.
